1-Year Health Guarantee
Healthy Puppies, Guaranteed
At Rose Tiny Dogs, we are committed to raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized puppies. Every puppy receives exceptional care from birth until the day they join their forever family. We are proud to stand behind the quality of our puppies by offering a 1-Year Health Guarantee for your peace of mind.
Our goal is to ensure that every puppy begins life with the best possible health, temperament, and care.
Veterinary Health Examination
Before leaving our care, every puppy undergoes a comprehensive examination by a licensed veterinarian to ensure they are healthy and ready for their new home.
Each puppy will come with:
A complete veterinary health examination
Age-appropriate vaccinations
Routine deworming treatments
Health records
A veterinary health certificate (where applicable)
Only puppies that are determined to be healthy and fit for travel are approved for adoption.
Our 1-Year Health Guarantee
We guarantee that every puppy is free from known life-threatening congenital and hereditary defects at the time of adoption.
Our 1-Year Health Guarantee covers serious congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect your puppy’s quality of life and are diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If such a condition is confirmed during the guarantee period, please contact us immediately. We will carefully review the veterinary documentation and work with you in a fair and reasonable manner to determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Health Guarantee policy.
72-Hour Veterinary Examination
To activate this health guarantee, your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
This examination confirms your puppy’s overall health upon arrival and helps establish ongoing veterinary care.
If a serious health concern is identified during this initial examination, you must notify Rose Tiny Dogs immediately and provide written documentation from your veterinarian.
Vaccinations & Preventative Care
Before going home, every puppy receives:
Age-appropriate vaccinations
Routine deworming
Preventative health care
Regular veterinary monitoring
Your veterinarian will advise you on future booster vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition, and routine wellness care to keep your puppy healthy throughout its life.
New Owner Responsibilities
Maintaining your puppy’s health is a shared responsibility. To keep this guarantee valid, owners should:
Schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
Follow all recommended vaccination and booster schedules.
Provide high-quality food and fresh water.
Maintain regular veterinary checkups.
Protect the puppy from injury, neglect, abuse, or unsafe living conditions.
Follow your veterinarian’s recommendations regarding nutrition, parasite prevention, and general healthcare.
Failure to provide proper veterinary care or neglecting the puppy’s health may void this guarantee.
What’s Not Covered
Our health guarantee does not cover:
Minor illnesses that are easily treated, including common intestinal parasites, mild respiratory infections, or minor skin conditions.
Injuries or accidents occurring after the puppy leaves our care.
Illnesses caused by improper nutrition, neglect, abuse, environmental factors, or failure to follow veterinary recommendations.
Routine veterinary expenses, vaccinations, grooming, spaying/neutering, or preventative healthcare.
Conditions resulting from normal growth, aging, or circumstances beyond our control.
