Step 1: Choose Your Puppy

Browse our available puppies and click on the puppy you are interested in bringing home. Each puppy listing includes photos, videos, health information, and important details to help you make the right choice.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Scroll down on the puppy’s page and click the “Add to Cart” button. A confirmation window will appear showing that your puppy has been added to your cart.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue with your reservation.

Step 4: Complete Your Information

Fill out the checkout form with your contact information, billing details, and delivery information. This allows us to prepare your reservation and contact you promptly.

Step 5: Select Your Payment Method

Choose your preferred payment method from the available options, such as Apple Pay, e-Transfer, or another accepted payment method listed during checkout.

Step 6: Place Your Order

After reviewing your information, click the “Place Order” button to submit your puppy reservation.

Step 7: Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order, our team will review your reservation and contact you as soon as possible by text message, phone call, or email to:

• Confirm your puppy’s availability.

• Verify your order details.

• Provide payment instructions (if applicable).

• Answer any questions you may have.

• Discuss shipping or pickup arrangements.

After Your Order Is Confirmed

Once your reservation and payment have been confirmed, we will begin preparing your puppy for its new home. This includes a final health check, travel preparation, and completion of all required documentation.
